2SCREENING / EVALUATION
Using the employer criteria, all applications we have are screened to ensure that theirqualifications are met so we can provide employers with a list of eligible candidates toperform the job successfully.
3SHORT LISTING
The list of candidates selected by the employer for further consideration will becontacted and arranged by RAZA INDONURSE for an interview session by the employer.
4INTERVIEWING PROCESS
RAZA INDONURSE will participate in arranging the interview stages, from planning todetermining the best place to conducting recruitment interviews after the selectedcandidates are contacted
5DOCUMENTATION AND DEPARTURE
On behalf of the employer, RAZA INDONURSE will go through all the necessary processesto accelerate the departure of the candidates:
- Endorsement of Candidate Certificates
- Medical examination
- Coordination of visa exemption from each embassy
- Coordinate with the National Agency for the Placement and Protection of IndonesianWorkers Abroad
- Reservation of airplane tickets and companion candidates at the airport during thedeparture process
